1.1 By placing an order with us you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale. You are also confirming that you are over the age of sixteen and that you agree to our use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Following our receipt of your completed electronic order and payment by paypal or credit/debit card received through Stripe, we will receive a detailed confirmation email for the order you have placed. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then please contact us via telephone before sending via recorded post. If we cannot, for any reason, accept and process your order, we will notify you accordingly.

1.3 We reserve the right to reject any order, as we see fit, without giving any reason.

1.4 We want our customers to feel confident about their purchase; therefore, all products are covered by our 14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt, using original packaging material unopened, for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling fees. *See Product Returns below for additional information.

1.5 Before returning a product covered by our 14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee, please contact us via our online contact form to get a Return Authorisation Number. Returns will declined and items will be returned to sender without one. Please package any product returns in original packaging if possible and enclose a copy of your order confirmation sheet. Return Authorisation Number we provide you with clearly marked on your returning package. If the order was paid for by credit card, we will issue a credit to that account number and mail you a receipt. If you paid by check or postal order, you will receive a company check by mail within 7-10 working days.

1.6 Our online ordering process is secure and easy to use. Simply browse our site, and click on the “Add to Cart” button next to the product you wish to purchase. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “View Cart” link to the top right. Upon viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or delete items, change the quantity, and then proceed to checkout if you wish. During the checkout process, you can choose a shipping method, calculate shipping/postage costs, and enter your billing, shipping/postage, and payment information.

1.7 We accept all major credit cards which are all processed through Stripe, Postal Orders and PayPal. Online and phone orders must be paid by credit card for a rapid despatch, otherwise postal check and bankers checks will be accepted, this may delay a fast service as items will be dispatched when payment has cleared.

1.8 Most orders are posted within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt via Royal Mail Standard Parcel unless specified in item description. You will choose your method of postage at checkout. Postage charges are calculated according to total weight, destination and service. The charge quoted comes directly from the Royal Mail postal tariff and hence there are no added handling charges or hidden fees. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched. If your order requires a service we do not offer please contact us a member of our team via the online contact form and we will do our best to accommodate your request within 24 hours.

1.9 It is our goal to make sure all items are in stock. If an item is on back order, we will contact you with the approximate ship date and notify you as soon as the item is available to confirm your order before processing your payment.

2.0 We are required by law to accurately report the value and contents of international shipments. We strictly abide by this law; therefore, please do not ask us to undervalue the content on customs declaration forms. Our shipping costs do not include any courier brokerage fees, or duties and taxes that you might be charged by your country. Please refer to the specific rules and regulations set forth by your country to anticipate any fees that you will be required to pay.

2.1 We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale before you complete an order. If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.

* Please note we do not refund return shipping charges unless there if a valid reason for your return i.e. a breakage or wrong gift purchased/sent. Please note there is no cash refund for custom glass orders; an in-store credit note/voucher will be issued for the amount less shipping and handling. Please inquire before your purchase if unsure.
